Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For change-of-mind returns, a 15% administration/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and handling costs.
